FLETCHER HILLS BEAUTY
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Where an outdated 1,800 square foot home once stood now sits 3,800 square feet of a beautifully designed living space. This complete transformation includes a 700 square foot covered outdoor living area and detached 1,200 square foot three car garage. Reimagined from the ground up with intention, craftsmanship and modern living in mind, this beauty is home to a busy-loving family who now has their forever home.
Designer: Gil Berkovich Interiors
The main kitchen features a fully integrated quarzite sink and custom rift-cut white oak cabinetry, bringing warmth, texture and a refined, modern feel to the heart of the home. Designed with entertaining in mind, the space is complemented by a fully equipped butler’s pantry tucked just beyond the main cooking area. The pantry is concealed behind self-closing doors allowing for seamless functionality while keeping the main kitchen clean, organized and ready for guests at any moment.
Adding storage and extra prep space, this hidden butler’s pantry has access outside to 700 square feet of covered living space-designed for convenience and entertaining in mind.
The living room is anchored by a sleek microcement fireplace with a floating hearth, adding warmth and understated luxury to the space.
While every bathroom is unique in its own right, this half bath’s luxurious details leaves us in awe.
The Roman clay walls offer an earthy, suede like effect. Finishing the beauty in detail is a floating vanity fabricated from a single slab of travertine with a fully integrated sink.
